Now that the weather is getting a bit warmer (!) why not treat yourself to an evening out with some nice people and some lovely yarn? If you like to knit, crochet, or sew, put your project into a bag and pop into Il Vesuvio on Monday evening between 7 – 9. You will find a friendly group, nice coffee (and even nicer wine) and a warm welcome. We are all ages and all abilities, knitters, crocheters and somethimes patchwork or rugmakers. If you want to try something new, there will almost certainly be someone who can give you advice and help.
Want to learn to knit or crochet? We can help – though beware, it’s addictive…

will you give me details of the age group I am 78
Regards
Cynthia.
I have to admit that you would be the oldest – I’d say most members are in their 60s, though I am a mere 48. There are a group of stichers in their 30s too, and on occasion a teenager or two. And, I am reminded that one 71 year old does come sometimes.
You’d be very welcome, and we can probably fix a lift if it would help.
